NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2014, and entered in 2009CA007923 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT 2005-3, is the Plaintiff and IRAJ EDALATI; PINEHURST AT STRATFORD PLACE RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC.; PINEHURST AT STRATFORD PLACE SECTION II RESIDENTS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; GADI EDALATI; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); STRATFORD PLACE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF IRAJ EDALATI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GADI EDALATI are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL , at 11:00 AM on December 29 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 90, STRATFORD PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 15 THROUGH 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
