NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2014, and entered in 11-2013-CA-003359-00 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, FORMERLY KNOWN AS BANKERS TRUST COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-2, is the Plaintiff and CATHERINE HALL; SUSAN M. WILLIAMS A/K/A SUSAN WILLIAMS; TIMOTHY MARK WILLIAMS A/K/A TIMOTHY M. WILLIAMS A/K/A TIMOTHY WILLIAMS; HUNTINGTON LAKES FIVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; HUNTINGTON LAKES RESIDENTS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CATHERINE HALL are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL , at 11:00 AM, on December 22, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BUILDING 94, UNIT NO. 201, HUNTINGTON LAKES FIVE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2688, PAGES 1 THROUGH 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
