NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 25, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-000381, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF DEBORAH MEAD AKA DEBORAH J. MEAD, DECEASED; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ALEXANDRIA MEAD; ALEXANDRIA MEAD, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF DEBORAH MEAD AKA DEBORAH J. MEAD, DECEASED; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO FLEET NATIONAL BANK; ISLAND WALK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 29 day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 417, OF ISLAND WALK, PHASE TWO, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 14 THROUGH 17, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
