Unit 204, CAPTAIN'S POINT OF MANATEE CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1149, pages 3467 through 3532, inclusive, and as amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 20, page 28, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
