NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Defendant's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated November 06, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 41 2010CA002731AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court, R. B. Shore, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 18th day of December, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3186, LIGHTHOUSE COVE AT HERITAGE HARBOUR, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 113, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
