YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Petition for Order Declaring Real Estate Non Homestead Status Property has been filed in this court by Robert M. Elliott, the Personal Representative of the Estate of Thomas G. Penska, deceased. You are required to file any objections, if any, on the Personal Representative, Robert M. Elliott, c/o Logan Elliott, Esq. at 5391 Lakewood Ranch Blvd., Ste. 201, Sarasota, FL 34240, on or before January 2, 2015, and to file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on petitioner's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise any objections shall be deemed abandoned and the judgment may be entered in due course upon the petition.
