NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 24, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013CA002953AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-OPT2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OPT2 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JAMES CUSTER A/K/A JAMES L. CUSTER; BAYSHORE GARDENS HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MANATEE COUNTY, are defendants. R.B. 'chips' Shore, Clerk of Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 27th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK D, SECTION NO. 3, BAYSHORE GARDENS, ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 5, 6 AND 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
