LOT 31, BAHIA VISTA SUBDIVISION UNIT 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 24 THROUGH 26, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2341 16TH ST W, PALMETTO, FL 34221; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on January 6, 2015 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
