NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 16, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 000982 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and RICKY W. SHEEHY; BELINDA J. SHEEHY; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 13th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 2635, 52ND ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 13, 13A THROUGH 13NN, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
