Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Default Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Sarasota County, Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court, will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Unit D, Building 5, CALUMET AT CENTERGATE I, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2233, pages 2036 to 2120, inclusive, and subsequent amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 29, pages 1, 1A to 1Y, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash via www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on the 5th day of January, 2015.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
