RAHLAN A/K/A STEVEN RAHLAN, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 14460, ALL OF LOTS 14458 AND 14459, SOUTH VENICE. UNIT NO. 55, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEROF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE(S) 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 23rd day of January, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
