Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure In Rem, dated November 24, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 2010 CA 004879 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and RYAN PEPSINRYAN PEPSIN, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
THE NORTH 10 FEET OF LOT 27 AND LOT 25, LESS THE NORTH 16 FEET OF THE EAST 20.46 FEET, BLOCK 4, GOLF ESTATES, A SUBDIVISON AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE(S) 131, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 23rd day of January, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
