NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 29, 2014, and entered in 2013-CA-00872 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and KEVIN M. BUOTTE; THERESA E. BUOTTE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on December 19, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13 & 14, BLOCK 1329, 26TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
