STRICKLAND A/K/A CYNTHIA STRICKLAND A/K/A CYNTHIA L. KEENER; JAMES STRICKLAND A/K/A JAMES VANN STRICKLAND A/K/A JAMES V. STRICKLAND; SUNTRUST BANK; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; SORRENTO SHORES ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A SHARON HAWKINS, and TENANT #2 N/K/A BRAD HAWKINS are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 23rd day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
