NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 23, 2014, and entered in 2010 CA 002043 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT LOANS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-QA2 is the Plaintiff and SYLVIA E. ECHOLS A/K/A SYLVIA ELLEN ECHOLS A/K/A AYLVIA E. CONFORTI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SYLVIA ECHOLS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on December 17, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK “I”, SOUTH GATE RIDGE, UNIT NO. 3, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE(S) 93 AND 93A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
