YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for reformation of deed, declaratory judgment, and to determine beneficiaries regarding the real property described below, which is located in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 1 and the South 1/2 of Lot 2, Block D, Unit 4, Fort Myers Shores, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 28, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
a/k/a 2256 Santiago Avenue, Fort Myers, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiffs' Attorney, David L. Boyette, Esquire, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before January 5, 2015 or within thirty (30) days after the first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Verified Complaint to Quiet Title and Determine Beneficiaries.
