NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 25, 2014, entered in Case No. 13-CA-053918 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association is the Plaintiff and Kyle Allen Larsen; Unknown Spouse of Kyle Allen Larsen, Tyler Alexis Steele Larsen; Unknown Spouse of Tyler Alexis Steele Larsen; The Harborage Owners' Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on December 29, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, THE HARBORAGE, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 4 THROUGH 9, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
