NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated 21st day of November, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 003182 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and DEREK ELLIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEREK ELLIS; JENNA CAREY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNA CAREY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 30th day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK 891 OF 20TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, AT PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
