NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 26, 2014, and entered in 08-CA-025052 DIV. T of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-7, UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICE AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 1, 2006, is the Plaintiff and MANUEL GONZALEZ; ELENA GONZALEZ; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on February 25, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 30, UNIT 2, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 96, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
