NUTTER & COMPANY is Plaintiff and IVAN RICHARD MILBURN, IVAN RICHARD MILBURN AS TRUSTEE OF THE MILBURN FAMILY REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED 09/04/2001, UNKNOWN TRUSTEES OF THE MILBURN FAMILY REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED 09/04/2001, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF IVAN RICHARD MILBURN, unknown trustees,settlers and beneficiaries of Milburn Family Revocable Living Trust Dated September 4, 2001 are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 5 day of January, 2015, at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
