REEVES; KINGS GREENS AT MAJESTIC CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CYPRESS PINES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 5 day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT A, BUILDING 1, PHASE 1, KINGS GREENS AT MAJESTIC, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3819, PAGE 4217, AND AS AMENDED, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO
