BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED LANDS; THENCE NORTH 0°15'45” EAST A DISTANCE OF 15.50 FEET; THENCE WEST A DISTANCE OF 91.0 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 0°15'45” WEST A DISTANCE OF 15.50 FEET; THENCE EAST A DISTANCE OF 91.0 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
