NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 009269 ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2007-WMCI TRUST, is Plaintiff, and CAROL ANN CHILDRESS A/K/A CAROLANN CHILDREWSS, Unknown Spouse of Carol Ann Childress, Donald Rice, Unknown Spouse of Donald Rice, and Any And All Unknown Parties, are Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 30th day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
