NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 28, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2014CA000821CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff and DIANA E EHLERS, ROBERT W EHLERS, JOANNE POMNITZ, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOANNE POMNITZ, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 30th day of December, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 30, Township 24 South, Range 21 East, Pasco County; LESS and except the South 328.23 feet thereof and less and except the following: Begin at the NE corner of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 30; thence South along the East boundary of said SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4, a distance of 23.46 feet; thence South 89 degrees 27 minutes 51 seconds West, a distance of 331.76 feet; thence North a distance of24.33 feet to a point on the North boundary of said SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4; thence North 89 degrees 36 minutes 51 seconds East, along said North boundary, a distance of 331.76 feet to a Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
