NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 03, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-004964-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff, and WENDELL T. BRINSON A/K/A WENDELL T. BRINSON SR., et al., are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 5th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 362, HILLANDALE, UNIT FOUR, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 15, pages 66 and 67, of the public records of Pasco County, Florida
Property Address: 6351 Baldwyn Avenue, New Port Richey, FL 34653
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
