NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated 7th day of November, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-005361, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and GRACE M. BLUEM; GRACE M. BLUEM, AS TRUSTEE TO THE GRACE M. BLUEM TRUST , U.T.D. 17TH DAY OF APRIL, 2002; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GRACE M. BLUEM; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES TO THE GRACE M. BLUEM TRUST , U.T.D. 17TH DAY OF APRIL, 2002; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; FLORIDA CENTRAL CREDIT UNION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 2nd day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LESS A PART THEREOF SAID PART BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE MOST NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 25, RUN THENCE SOUTH 42°53'35” WEST, ALONG THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 25, 125.85 FEET TO THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 25, THENCE SOUTH 89°26'20” EAST, ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 25, 5.50 FEET, THENCE NORTH 40°59'12” EAST, 122.21 FEET TO THE AFORESAID NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF LOT 25
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
