NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment for Foreclosure dated October 30, 2014 and entered in Case No,: 10-CA-005645, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, is the Plaintiff and the Defendants are TUAN LE; et al. Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on December 18, 2014 the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 32, Building G, of FAIR OAKS NORTH, A CONDOMINIUM and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 3552, Page 1299, as amended in O.R. 3597, Page 753 and O.R. 3600, Page 1516, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 2, Page 49, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
