Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on December 18, 2014 the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
