NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 20, 2014 in the above action, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Hillsborough, Florida, on January 8, 2015, at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
A Condominium Unit No.3 of SPINNAKER COVE, PHASE I, SECTION A, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium filed February 10, 1976 and recorded in O.R. Book 3090, Page 1694, of the Public Records of Hillsborough county, Florida, as amended by Amendment to Declaration of Condominium filed May 6, 1976 in O.R. Book 3117, Page 1673, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, and according to Condominium Plat Book 1, Pages 81-1 to 81-3, in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida and supplemented by Supplement to Amendment to Declaration filed August 18, 1976 and recorded in O.R. Book 3150, Page 70, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
