NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of September, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-004625of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillborough County, Florida, wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2013-2 is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL D. BOGATIN is the Defendant. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 10:00 a.m. on the 20th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
