LOT 6, BLOCK 38, OSPREY RUN TOWNHOMES PHASE 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 10437 HERON LAKE DR, RIVERVIEW, FL 33578; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on January 6, 2015 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
