NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 9, 2014, and entered in 29 2009 CA 023259 DIV G of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE FIELDSTONE MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST, SERIES 2006-2 is the Plaintiff and JUAN CARLOS AGUILERA; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on December 29, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, 2 and 3, Block 8, BOUR LANDS SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof, as described in Plat Book 14, Page 27, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
