NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Stipulated Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 6, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-003643-CI, of the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, CPA, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at public sale by an electronic online auction sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on January 15, 2015, at 10:00 A.M., the following described property as set forth in said Stipulated Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 1, OFFICES AT PONCE DELEON, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 130, Pages 96 and 97 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH Easement for ingress and egress as created and set forth DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, EASEMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS FOR LOTS 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 and TRACT A OF OFFICES AT PONCE DELEON recorded in Official Records Book 15025, Page 1997, et seq. of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
