Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated November 21, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 12-011571-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF RBSHD 2013-1 TRUST is the Plaintiff, and BRENT M. BRUCE, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 6 BLOCK 28 KENNETH CITY UNIT ELEVEN ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 42 AND 43 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 23rd day of March, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
