NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 4, 2014, entered in Case No. 12-005115-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC is the Plaintiff and Christopher Mallett a/k/a Christopher M. Mallett; Tracy Mallett; If Living, Including any Unknown Spouse of Said Defendant(s), if Remarried, and if Deceased, the Respective Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees, and all other Persons Claiming by, Through, Under or Against the Named Defendant(s); Watermoose, LLC; Seabreeze Construction Services, Inc.; The Diaz/Fritz Group, Inc. d/b/a Diaz Fritz Isabel; Harbor Club Condominium Association, Inc.; Whether Dissolved or Presently Existing, Together with any Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, or Trustees of Said Defendant(s) and All other Persons Claiming By, Through, Under, or Against Defendant(s); Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 18th day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 110, HARBOR CLUB CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14638, PAGE 532, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
