NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 12, 2014 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 18, 2014, both entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-007770, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY ON BEHALF OF FINANCIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORP., SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-WMC1, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-WMC1, is Plaintiff and BRIAN J. MARSALEK; KATHRYN E. MARSALEK, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's Website for On-Line Auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 7th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 181, TRENTWOOD MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGES 64 AND 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
