Tomchin, TOMCHIN & ODOM, P.A., attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 6816 Southpoint Parkway, Suite 400, Jacksonville, Florida 32216 on or before 1-2, 2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at Pinellas County Court House, 315 Court Street, Room 170, Clearwater, FL 33756 either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter.
