NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 7, 2014 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 19, 2014 and entered in Case No. 07-009618-CI, of the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, CPA, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at public sale by an electronic online auction sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on January 6, 2015, at 10:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Stipulated Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lots 3 and 4, FOREST INDUSTRIAL PARK, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 85, Pages 86 and 87, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
