NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 30 October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-000656-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Regions Bank F/K/A Amsouth Bank, Roy Armstrong, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 5th of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
A PORTION OF BLOCK R, REVISED MAP OF OLDSMAR, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS; BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID BLOCK R, THENCE RUN SOUTH 125 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF PROPERTY CONVEYED TO SALVATORE SALUTE AND DOROTHY SALUTE, HIS WIFE, BY DEED RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3192, PAGE 134; THENCE WEST ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID SALUTE PROPERTY, A DISTANCE OF 192.58 FEET TO A POINT IN THE EAST BOUNDARY OF PROPERTY CONVEYED TO ROGER KUMAR AND LILA KUMAR, HIS WIFE, BY DEED RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4041, PAGE 4; THENCE NORTH ALONG SAID EAST BOUNDARY, A DISTANCE OF 125 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID BLOCK R; THENCE EAST, ALONG SAID NORTH LINE OF BLOCK R, A DISTANCE OF 192.38 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; TOGETHER WITH THE SOUTHERN ½ OF VACATED SHORE DRIVE LYING ADJACENT TO AND ABUTTING THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY.
