NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That Pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 29th day of October A.D., 2014 in the cause wherein Financial Independence Srvcs Corp., was plaintiff(s), and Jeffrey Gervato and Lanette Gervato was defendant(s), being Case No. 08-3632-CO-54 in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant, Lanette Gervato aka Lanette Gayle Condren, in and to the following described property to wit:
