NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that on December 16, 2014, beginning at 6:00 P.M., a public hearing will be held by the Board of County Commissioners in the County Commission Assembly Room, Fifth Floor, Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida, 33756, to consider the petition of James V. and Mimi H. Steele to vacate, abandon and/or close the following:
A portion of a 15-foot platted Drainage and Utility Easement being the
East 7.50 feet of Lot 12, Block 3, together with the West 7.50 feet of the
West 38.00 feet of Lot 13, Block 3, Oakhurst Acres First Addition,
located in Section 18, Township 30, Range 15, Plat Book 64,
Page 92, in Pinellas County, Florida, less and except the South 7.50 feet.
Persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made at this meeting/hearing, they will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
