NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 2, 2014 in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 13, Block 2, WEST WEDGEWOOD PARK FIRST ADDITION, according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 58, Page 10, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Shall be sold by the Clerk of Court, Ken Burke,CPA, on the 5th day of January, 2015 at 10:00a.m. (Eastern Time) at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
