SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO BANK MINNESOTA, N.A., F/K/A NORWEST BANK MINNESOTA, N.A., SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR4, Plaintiff, and, CLARK, GREGORY, et. al., are Defendants, clerk KEN BURKE will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 5th day of January, 2015, the following described property:
