NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-013562-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff, and SCOTT THOMAS VINCENT, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 07 day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 27, BENT OAKS, PHASE FIVE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 21 and 22, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
