NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 03, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-011147-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and SARAH NASEER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 06 day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 5203 of PHASE 5, SUMMERGATE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof (the Declaration), as recorded in Official Records Book 5923, Page 662, in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and amendment thereto for the above described Phase, recorded in Official Records Book 6254, Page 6, all subsequent recorded amendments thereto, and all recorded exhibits thereto, together with all appurtenances thereto, including an undivided interest in the common elements of the Condominium as set forth in the Declaration.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
