NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 04, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-005736-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA,, is Plaintiff, and CASSANDRA COHEN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 08 day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 78, DEAN WOODS RESERVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 140 THROUGH 141, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
