NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 23, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-020571-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff, and KARLEEN M. EDWARDS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 06 day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT A, BUILDING 39 OF PHASE II, PHEASANT RUN AT ROSEMONT CONDOMIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3181, PAGE 776, AS RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3213, PAGE 2486, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES TO THE UNIT DESCRIBED ABOVE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
