NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 20th day of October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-008639-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST2006-WF1 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-WF1 is the Plaintiff and SUSAN FIGUEROA A/K/A SUSAN M. FIGUEROA; SAWMILL HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; DAVID FIGUEROA and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 7th day of January, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, SAWMILL PHASE I, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 32 THROUGH 35, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
