Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2009-CA-000151-O in the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO DELAWARE TURST COMPANY, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR VERICREST OPPORTUNITY LOAN TRUST 2011-NPL1, Plaintiff, and, GERALD MONTGOMERY, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 5th day of January, 2015, the following described property:
Lot 18, Block “A”, Reserve At Belmere Phase II, According To The Plat THereof AS Recorded In Plat Book 48, Pages 144 Through 150, Inclusive, Public Records Of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
