RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed November 17, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-011575-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and ANITA ROMAN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:

The East 49 feet of Lot(s) 10, of PINEY WOODS POINT as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 127, Et Seq., of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Subject to Restrictions, Reservations, Easements, Covenants, Oil, Gas or Mineral Rights of Record, if any.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
