NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-012726-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-9 is the Plaintiff and MELVIN LOPEZ A/K/A MELVIN W. LOPEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR AMNET MORTGAGE, INC., DBA AMERICAN MORTGAGE NETWORK OF FLORIDA; THE LAKES AT EAST PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; LEYDY PAOLA LOPEZ A/K/A LEIDY PAOLA RAMIREZ; MARITZA DIAZ AS TRUSTEE FOR LAND TRUST #10390M and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 8th day of January, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 101, THE LAKES AT EASTPARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN THE PLAT BOOK 53, AT PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
